Easter Card Series–Day 6
Happy Easter everyone! Here’s the final Easter Card.
Wondering why I’ve made 50 Easter cards? They are going into gift bags that will be given to local hospice patients. My mom is a volunteer for hospice and is working on the gift bags so I like to contribute by making all the cards.
Sorry for the off kilter pic.
I used the negative cut from the grass die for this card.
All A Muse Supplies Used:
- Stamps: egg-stravaganza
- Dies: egg die & positioner and grass die
- Cardstock: kraft, lemon, and grass
- Ink: onyx, and sky
Happy crafting! Hope you are able to spend that day with the ones you love.

April Studio Spotlight
April showers bring May flowers. I hope! My neck of the woods has had more than its share of rain lately. I’m ready for it to be sunny so I can get outside.

Easter Card Series–Day 3
I was itching to use the new chevron stamp set! As you can tell from my blog design I heart chevrons.
To make the eggs, I stamped the pattern on to the cardstock and then used the die positioner to mark where to put the die and ran it thru my Big Shot. If you are having problems with your dies shifting when you place the top plate on your sandwich, use a little washi tape to hold it in place.
I also used some thin pop dots and slightly thicker pop dots to add some dimension to the eggs.
All A Muse Supplies Used:
- Stamps: egg-stravaganza
- Dies: egg die & positioner
- Cardstock: kraft, buttercup, and orange
- Ink: onyx, bubblegum, orange, and sky

All A Muse Supplies Used:

- Copics – sorry, I forgot to write down the colors I used
- Onyx and white bakers twine

February Studio Spotlight
I love, love the studio spotlight this month!
The colors are soothing and elegant. I may need to CASE this for my office.
How easy is it to add some washi tape to pencils, binder clips, or paper clips!
A little ink and paper goes a long way to amp up your boring office products. Add some ribbon and buttons to a bulletin board and a office transformation is complete!
Little things make me happy.

Easy peasy gift bags
In only a couple minutes, I was able to take a plain gift bag and make it a bit more special by using the butterfly trio dies to cut areas on the bag and then I adhered some Venetian patterned cardstock in bellini, lido, and burano to the inside of the bag. Little pops of color! To finish things off, I punched two holes for the ribbon and used two types of ribbon. Easy peasy, done and out the door in no time.
All supplies are A Muse.
Tomorrow the 2012 catalog will be released! Excited? I know I am!
