I made this card with the Imagine using the Imagine More Cartridge. The card was made in less than 5 minutes. Perfect for the last minute thank you note.

Simple Christmas Cards Series - Day 7

My inspiration for this card came from the Winter Frolic handbook project. I changed it up a bit to be able to use the Cricut Imagine and more carts. I used the Christmas Cards cart for the card base with Imagine More Cards for the color. I used the Winter Frolic cart, so cute for the ornament. Some clear bling on the white areas and busted out the Cuttlebug to use the polka dots folder. Love, love, love this folder. It's a little larger than Swiss Dots, but not as big as Seeing Spots. The ribbon is from Papertrey Ink.

Simple Christmas Cards Series - Day 6

I made this card using the Imagine with Winter Frolic cart and paper patterns from Imagine More Cards. I love how easy it is to use a Cricut cartridge and fill the layer with a pattern from an Imagine cartridge. The joy stamp is from an old Creative Cafe set. I used clear Smooch ink to add a little shimmer.

I really like the background pattern paper that I was able to print using the Imagine. I love how easy it is to coordinate papers and I don't have to worry about running out of a particular design.

I used the snowflake design paper behind the floral image and brought out the pop dots again. I used a clear Spica pen to add some shimmer, but it didn't show up in the photo.

Simple Christmas Cards Series - Day 4

I think I might add some bling and a sentiment to the front of this card. It seems a little plain even for my simple style. I printed and cut the tree twice and pop dotted the second tree. I used the Martha Stewart baker's twine that I'm in love with again! I like that is comes on little spools with 2 spools of brown/white, 2 spools of red/white, and 2 spools of green/white.

Welcome to day 3 of the Simple Christmas Cards Series.

The colors scanned in brighter than they are in real life. I used one of my favorite punches along the bottom and some Martha Stewart baker's twine at the top. The image is pop dotted.

I think this is a sweet image! The little deer are some of my favorite images on Snow Angel. I pop dotted the image to add some interest and left the rest simple.

Simple Christmas Cards Series - Day 1

My mom asked me to make her some Christmas cards again this year. I decided this would be a great opportunity to play with the Imagine and the Snow Angel Imagine Art cartridge. Most of the cards need to be mailed to Canada so I couldn't go crazy with pop dots.



I'll post a card a day for this series.





I used Bazzill Bling Paper behind the floral image, the rest of the paper is from the Snow Angel cart. I printed and cut the floral image twice once as a flat image and a second time in layers that I've pop dotted for some depth.

Spread Your Wings

I'm participating in a card swap at Stampin' Cat Studios and needed to make 10 cards in a hurry. Cricut Image and the Imagine More cart to the rescue! I used the cute notecard and then selected the Spread Your Wings in layers. It's hard to tell in the pic, but I inked everything and when a little crazy with the pop dots.
