Easter Card Series–Day 3

Here’s the next Easter Card.

I was itching to use the new chevron stamp set! As you can tell from my blog design I heart chevrons. Winking smile

To make the eggs, I stamped the pattern on to the cardstock and then used the die positioner to mark where to put the die and ran it thru my Big Shot. If you are having problems with your dies shifting when you place the top plate on your sandwich, use a little washi tape to hold it in place.
I also used some thin pop dots and slightly thicker pop dots to add some dimension to the eggs.

Stamps: egg-stravaganza
Dies: egg die & positioner
Cardstock: kraft, buttercup, and orange
Ink: onyx, bubblegum, orange, and sky

Easter Series–Day 2

Here’s the next Easter Card.

Another cute stamp from the for peep’s sake set. The inside just says “Happy Easter”.

Cardstock: sugar and petite polka dot in sage
Copics – sorry, I forgot to write down the colors I used
Onyx and white bakers twine

Easter is coming!

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted, but I have been busy making cards. Easter cards to be exact. Over the next few days I’ll post a series of Easter cards. I just completed 50 cards, but I won’t bore you with all of them just my favs!

I think the stamp is adorable and wanted to keep things on the CAS side. The inside just says “Happy Easter”.
